For Cozy Bakery orders:

• Our baked goods are made fresh to order.

• Local delivery or pickup is available within our area (we currently do not ship bakery items by mail).

• Please allow 1–2 days for preparation after your order is confirmed.

For Sky Embroidery orders:

• Handmade embroidery items take 5–10 business days to prepare before shipping.

• We ship through reliable carriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
